Exhibits must be set up by 7:30 am on Tuesday, July 23, 2024
*Please bring packing materials, and shipping slips for your return shipment. After the conference, please repack and affix your prepaid shipping labels to your packages that need to be shipped back out and leave them on top of your exhibitor table. Please schedule a pickup with FedEx or UPS for the morning of 7/24. The hotel will bring your packages to the pickup location.
When/Where to Pick-Up Your Badge
Registration will be located outside of the La Jolla Ballroom, Ground Level.
Registration and badge pick-up will open 45 minutes prior to opening remarks on the first day of the summit.
Summit Schedule and Agenda
Parking
Valet and self parking will be available onsite. Check your registration confirmation for details.
Valet: $45
Self: $5 per hour, per vehicle with a $35 per day max
Attire
Attire is business casual. It does tend to get cool in the conference rooms (and it's difficult to moderate), so please consider bringing something warm.
