Cancellation Policy for a Complimentary Pass
You registered using a complimentary pass. We require at least twenty-four hours (24) notice from the start of the event for cancellation of your complimentary registration.
Consistent with the practice of providing a complimentary pass, we ask that you take advantage of the opportunity to meet with our sponsors and leading industry solution providers
Substitutions can be made at any time. Please send all substitution and cancellation requests to Registration@EndeavorB2B.com.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests are to be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the event. If we receive your cancellation request within this timeframe, we will be happy to issue a full refund. Please note that refunds will not be permitted for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date. There are no exceptions. Substitutions for attendees can be made at any time prior to the event.
