Payton Kilcarr is the Global Director of Commercial Sales for VME at HPE, leading strategy and execution across North America and Latin America. With 15 years of experience in the technology sector, Payton has built a strong track record working with industry-leading organizations such as OpsRamp, ServiceNow, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Throughout his career, he has supported a wide range of customers—from SMB to enterprise organizations—while navigating diverse sectors including SLED and federal markets. This breadth of experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the evolving technology landscape and the unique needs of each segment.

Today, Payton leads the Americas business for Morpheus VM Essentials, driving growth and adoption across commercial and mid-market customers. He is focused on delivering innovative virtualization and cloud solutions that help organizations modernize their infrastructure and accelerate digital transformation.
