Jessica Denman is a U.S. Veteran, former U.S. Civil Servant, executive leader, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience across federal and commercial healthcare. Her career spans military service, federal acquisition and program leadership, and executive roles in industry—focused on advancing health outcomes for service members, veterans, caregivers, and their families, with a growing emphasis on whole-person health and well-being.
She currently serves at ServiceNow at the intersection of mission, technology, and enterprise solutioning, leading strategic engagement across Military Health and Veterans Health while aligning platform strategy to federal health and readiness priorities.
Jessica brings over 15 years of experience leading large-scale clinical and business systems and has played a central role in the governance and modernization of multi-billion-dollar electronic health record (EHR) programs within Military Health. As a senior leader in government, she advised executive-level policymakers on complex technology and acquisition efforts critical to care delivery, operational readiness, and enterprise transformation.
Transitioning to industry in 2018, Jessica led a $150M+ health operations division with full P&L responsibility, overseeing a geographically dispersed workforce of more than 450 professionals. Under her leadership, the organization consistently achieved profit margins exceeding 12 percent and customer satisfaction ratings above 97 percent, while aligning corporate strategy to major federal health IT initiatives across HHS, the DoD, and the VA.
A recognized leader in Federal Health, Jessica is a 2025 and 2026 Engage GovCon Honoree, and recipient of the IGNITE 2025 Powerful Leaders Igniting Digital Transformation Award, the 2019 Women in Leadership Impact Award in Federal IT and Consulting, and the Award for Excellence from the former Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics.
Jessica currently serves as the Outreach and Collaboration Chair for the HIMSS National Capital Area (NCA) Board, where she fosters collaboration across government, industry, and emerging approaches to health IT, and is an Advisory Circle Member for the McKenna Academy of Natural Philosophy.
She is DAWIA-certified in Program Management (Level III) through the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and a Duke-trained Health and Well-Being Coach through the Duke Integrative Medicine Center. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from American Military University, a Master’s Certificate in Healthcare Quality, and a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University. She began her career at age 17 by enlisting in the U.S. Air Force, where she was recognized as a Basic Military Training Honor Graduate.
