The discounted reservation cut-off date is April 20, 2026.
Shipping
Packages should arrive no earlier than May 8th.
In addition to standard shipping charges, inbound and outbound, freight handling will be billed to the guest's room at $5.00 per box, crates at $20.00 each.

*Exhibitors MUST schedule pickups with Fed/Ex/UPS for pickup on May 13 from the hotel loading dock. Exhibitor's must supply their own pre-paid labels for return shipping.
