Vikram Bollu, FACHE has 14+ years of experience in the provider analytics space and is passionate about using (data & technology) in conjunction with (people & processes) to achieve clinical, financial, operational efficiencies and an elevated care experience. Vikram currently serves as the AVP of Strategic Planning and Data Management at Medical City Healthcare’s division office to support, develop and monitor business strategies and opportunities for the 21 Medical City hospitals and other assets in collaboration with the division and hospital leadership.

Vikram began his career at the Corporate office of HCA Healthcare (Nashville, TN) starting in the Clinical Services Group where he administered the quality systems for the company’s ASCs & Physician practices along with supporting hospital Clinical quality and performance measures. In his next role with the Capital Deployment Group, he supported the Capital planning and strategy for projects >$5M across the 180+ hospital enterprise for an approximate $4B annual spend.

Vikram has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, graduate degrees in Information systems management (MSBA) and Health administration (MHA) from the University of Memphis and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and most recently served as the President of the ACHE Middle Tennessee chapter. Other volunteer experience includes serving on the Board of Examiners for Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (Baldrige Excellence framework). Vikram is married with two daughters and enjoys family activities and volunteering in the community.
