Dolores Yanagihara is General Manager of Performance Measurement Programs for Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) and has been with IHA for 20 years. She oversees overall program strategy and execution of IHA’s performance measurement programs. Dolores has a track record for building consensus among stakeholders to develop programs related to performance improvement, transparency, and incentives alignment, and to use IHA’s multi-payer claims database to produce meaningful and actionable insights.

Dolores has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Health from University of Hawaii. She also served in Peace Corps in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
