Charles Flack serves as Senior Director of Information Technology and HIPAA Security Officer at Cascadia Health, one of the leading behavioral health and primary care providers in Portland, Oregon. He directs the organization’s information security strategy, safeguards sensitive data, and oversees its cloud-first infrastructure program. Previously, Charles taught cybersecurity, information technology, and health informatics as an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix and ITT Technical Institute, sharing his expertise with future technology and healthcare leaders.

Before joining Cascadia Health, Charles spent more than a decade at KPC Global Management, where he held senior leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer and Director of Technology. In these roles, he oversaw technology and cybersecurity initiatives across all seven KPC hospitals and numerous ancillary medical offices. Charles holds degrees in computer science and information systems management and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). His background combines executive leadership with extensive expertise in technology infrastructure, healthcare operations, and cybersecurity.
