Dr. Mario Bialostozky serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) and Associate Chief Quality Officer (ACQO) at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego, where he has worked for the past nine years.

As CMIO, Dr. Bialostozky leads the organization's clinical informatics and training programs, providing leadership to a team of physicians, nurses, and trainers. He also leads the organization's efforts to evaluate, implement, and scale artificial intelligence solutions to enhance clinical care, improve operational efficiency, and reduce administrative burden for healthcare providers. In the quality space, he leads a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes, advancing quality of care, enhancing clinician experience, and driving operational efficiency through the use of technology and evidence-based practice.

Dr. Bialostozky continues to practice as a general pediatrician and serves the children and families of the region through his work in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care. Drawing on his experience as both a clinician and informaticist, he is passionate about transforming healthcare through technology that enhances patient care, reduces clinician burnout, and helps healthcare professionals reconnect with the purpose that inspired them to pursue medicine in the first place.
