Dr. Vivek Reddy is the Chief Health Informatics Officer at the University of Utah Health. He is a practicing professor of Neurology at the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine at the University of Utah. He helps lead digital transformation initiatives across the University of Utah Health Academic Health system, leading a multidisciplinary clinical informatics team, focused on electronic health record optimization, artificial intelligence governance, workflow optimization for clinical teams and patients. Dr. Reddy has had over 20 years of experience driving digital strategy in for other large healthcare systems including UPMC and Intermountain Health. A recognized physician leader and educator, he is passionate about advancing innovation in healthcare through data-driven decision making, responsible AI adoption, and enterprise informatics governance while mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders.
