Cancellation Policy for a Complimentary Pass
You registered using a complimentary pass. We require at least twenty-four hours (24) notice from the start of the event for cancellation of your complimentary registration.
Consistent with the practice of providing a complimentary pass, we ask that you take advantage of the opportunity to meet with our sponsors and leading industry solution providers
Substitutions can be made at any time. Please send all substitution and cancellation requests to Registration@EndeavorB2B.com.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be in writing and received within 30 days of registration. A $99 administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations received within 30 days of registration.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from registration or for registrations made 30 days or less prior to the event start date.
Persons who register and fail to attend will not receive a refund. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
Substitutions may be made at any time.
