Karla Arzola, a Health Information Technology Executive with 20+ years' experience, holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master’s in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University. Nominated and a finalist for the 2022 CIO of the Year Orbie Award, Karla prioritizes people development and team empowerment. As CIO of Rocky Mountain Human Services, she focuses on fostering partnerships and driving initiatives for Community Inclusion in Colorado. She's also an active board member of the Colorado HIMSS and the Colorado Technology Association.
