For the past 43 years, Dr. Fox has been devoted to the care of the elderly and disabled. He has continuously made house calls and home visits providing care for cognitively impaired older adults, brain injured adults, disabled children and psychiatric patients in their homes. Since 1999, he has served as the Medical Director of Wellspring Personal Care a private duty home nursing and home services company in Chicago Illinois. In 2014, Dr. Fox founded and developed Home Care MetricsSM. a telehealth platform used by complex chronically ill patients to avoid hospitalization and emergency room care. In November 2024, he completed the development of RESILIENT80s an online program for people 60 to 90 years of age. RESILIENT80s establishes an accurate current “functional age,” statistical and healthy life expectancy.
