Greg Liptak has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in research, education, health IT, quality improvement and population health management roles. As Vice President of Quality Improvement and Disease Management, Greg is focused on expanding HSX’s services to support provider and plan members’ efforts to improve clinical care for people living with chronic disease.

Before joining HSX, Greg led the Quality Improvement Services division at the American Diabetes Association where he managed a broad portfolio of key stakeholders including health delivery systems, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and medical professional societies. These collaborations raised more than $30,000,000 in grants to tackle the nation’s most challenging chronic disease conditions with a primary focus on diabetes and cardiovascular disease, with a substantial portion of these funds allocated to Philadelphia-area healthcare improvement projects.

Greg was also the President and Co-Founder of a Philadelphia-based healthcare analytics and clinical quality improvement company, iMD, which was acquired by the American Diabetes Association in 2016. He also served as the Director of Medical Education for a leading medical education and communication company with a focus on using clinical data and advances in technology to improve educational outcomes and patient care.

Greg is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences.
