What date and time do I speak?
The summit agenda is live and shows all session times.
When do I need to be in the room where I present?
Speakers should be in the room where they are scheduled to speak at least 20 minutes before their presentation. Any slides will be pre-loaded for your session. There will be a Healthcare Innovation team member on hand to assist and to introduce you.
Can I use my own template?
Yes. We request that you use the Healthcare Innovation template for your opening and closing slides which can be found in the Speaker Hub. Plan to prepare your presentation in 16:9 format (HD)
When and where are my slides due?
Submit your slides to the Conference Manager, Gail Killough no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Your presentation will be downloaded to the desktop in the room where you are scheduled to present. An AV tech or Show Management will be able to assist you on-site if you have any questions.
What audio/visual equipment is provided?
Screen, projector, podium, microphone and a laptop computer.
Am I registered and what is included?
All speakers and panelists will receive a full complimentary registration. You will be registered by our team. Speakers and panelists receiving complimentary badges can pick up their badges onsite.
Your registration will cover the entrance to the exhibit hall, conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and networking reception.
Is there a speaker ready room?
Conference Manager, Gail Killough, will generally be located at the registration desk for questions or issues.
