As Founder and President of Leader in Change Consulting, Elise brings nearly 20 years of strategic leadership experience helping complex organizations navigate transformation, workforce change, and user enablement. Her experience spans some of the world’s largest organizations, including Microsoft, Meta, Shell, Chevron, SoCalGas, and Montefiore Einstein, where she has led teams and C-suite level initiatives across highly complex environments.
Before founding Leader in Change, Elise was a senior leader at Accenture, advising enterprise organizations through large-scale global projects. Today, she helps leaders navigate what she calls “The Complexity Curve,” the growing intersection of technology, people, processes, and organizational change that determines whether transformation delivers its intended value.
Elise brings particular depth to healthcare transformation, where successful change requires aligning executives, clinicians, frontline teams, and the broader workforce around a shared vision while maintaining operational continuity. Her experience with Montefiore Einstein and other complex organizations gives her a firsthand understanding of the human and organizational challenges that can make healthcare transformation uniquely difficult.
