Lacy leads the Medicare, Chronic Care, Women’s & Child Health and Oncology/Palliative Care Clinical teams which implement population based clinical programs for Sentara Health Plans. The team focuses on increasing healthcare access by delivering services within the home and engaging consumers within their communities while considering SDoH barriers which make each community unique. He is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical and teaching background with extensive experience in relational data sets. Lacy is also a veteran of the US Army.
