Christer Johnson joined Healthfirst in October 2020 as Chief Analytics Officer. In this position, he is responsible for leading the enterprise analytics function and is responsible for setting and executing the company’s overall analytics and data science strategy. Christer has a nearly 30-year long career focused on driving value through operational efficiency and personalized customer interactions. Most recently, he was Principal and Leader of Healthcare Advanced Analytics Advisory Services for EY, where he led EY’s work to help healthcare company’s use predictive modeling and machine learning to gain insights into more personalized and affordable care and services. Prior to that, he spent a decade with IBM Global Business Services in a series of senior roles culminating as Leader/Partner for Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics, North America.
