Darrick Sogabe is the Senior Vice President of Product Management for Cross Country and is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare facilities and systems through the integration of advanced technology solutions.
His expertise spans the landscape of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence, which he leverages to optimize labor needs and enhance operational efficiency for both candidates and clients alike. At Cross Country, Darrick oversees the innovation, development and execution of the organizations product portfolio, which includes the proprietary workforce optimization platform, Intellify®, the Xperience app for candidate job matching, and Data Aggregation Systems (DAS), which focuses on data benchmarking for some of the largest healthcare systems. His commitment to technological excellence and innovative problem-solving ensures that Cross Country remains at the forefront of healthcare workforce technology solutions.
Prior to Cross Country, Darrick led the Product team for Aya Healthcare where he achieved more than threefold top-line revenue growth in under 36 months. Before Aya, he held various pivotal technical and product roles at Teradata, a leading provider of Enterprise Data Warehousing and Analytics.
Darrick holds a bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis on Information Systems from Boston University Questrom School of Business and is a dedicated father and husband residing in San Diego, CA.
