Andy Chu serves as the Senior Vice President of Product and Technology Incubation at Providence’s Digital Incubation Group (DIG), where he leads the development of world-class digital health platform products for both consumers and caregivers. Andy's leadership drove the successful launch of Praia Health, a DIG spinout aimed at fostering deeper patient-provider relationships within health systems. He is at the forefront of the AI health evolution, scaling AI-based products to tackle pressing healthcare industry challenges. Alongside Praia Health, DIG has incubated and spun out three other innovative companies: DexCare, Xealth, and Circle. Prior to joining Providence, Andy amassed over two decades of diverse leadership experience, spanning startup ventures to established technology firms like Microsoft. Throughout his career, he has been a relentless advocate for customer-centricity, innovation, teamwork, and the delivery of measurable and profitable products across various domains including career management, travel, omni-channel commerce, search, messaging, and enterprise software. Andy brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to his current role, spanning product management, technology development, design, business development, and marketing. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
