Hotel Reservations
Discounted hotel rooms are available at the Boston Park Plaza for a total cost of $329 plus taxes per night.
The discounted reservation cut-off date is April 28, 2025.
Shipping
Packages should arrive no earlier than May 15, 2025.
There is a FedEx Office in the hotel, and all packages flow through there for shipping/receiving. Packages should be labeled as:

If exhibitor packages arrive by Saturday, 5/17, we will have them waiting for you on your table when you arrive for load in on Sunday.
If they arrive on Sunday or Monday morning, you will have to pick up your packages from the FedEx store on Monday morning (opens at 7 am).
After the conference, take your prelabeled packages to the Fedex Store (even if it is UPS) and they will ship them out. Handling Fees apply and can be found in the Shipping Instructions link.

When/Where to Pick-Up Your Badge
Registration will be located outside of the Avenue 34.
Registration and Badge pick-up will open one hour prior to opening remarks on the day of the summit.

Attire is business casual. It does tend to get cool in the conference rooms (and it's difficult to moderate), so please consider bringing something warm.
What to Expect After the Summit:
